How does the programme work?

The programme is delivered as 4 interactive live virtual group coaching sessions.

They will be held weekly on a Tuesday evening from 7.00pm - 9.00pm GMT, that's 2pm - 4pm Eastern Time.

• Module #1 – Tuesday 1st October
• Module #2 – Tuesday 8th October
• Module #3 – Tuesday 15th October
• Module #4 – Tuesday 22nd October

You will be given exclusive access to the online programme portal where you’ll find all the modules, module workbooks, weekly replay videos and additional resources. It’s a one-stop-shop for everything related to AIM HIGH! I will send you an email with all the on-boarding instructions once you’ve registered to attend.

Before you register using the button at the bottom of the page, this is what I need from you – a strong commitment to show up consistently every week for four weeks and take lots of BOLD action!

• You need to be able to commit to setting aside two hours a week to attend the virtual workshops for four consecutive weeks
